Our one-person Sunlighten infrared sauna is a great stand-alone service, but works best as a combined service with our Ionic Foot Detox or with a massage to warm the body and prepare it for deep tissue work. Infrared saunas release 7x more toxins than a traditional sauna by heating the body inside-out versus outside-in. They have been shown to increase circulation, lower blood pressure and inflammation (for chronic conditions), quicken exercise recovery, and increase collagen production. It’s recommended to enter the sauna without any clothing. You will be provided with a towel and robe.
