This is our most popular service. It is our full-body massage personally tailored to your individual needs. It consists of Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques and can also include trigger point therapy, essential oils and movement or stationary cupping.

Deep Tissue is specific and focused to only one or two areas of the body for optimum tension release. It can include trigger point therapy, essential oils and movement or stationary cupping.

Our TMJ Release service includes targeted intraoral release of the jaw and mouth for relieved TMJ pain, headaches and sinus pressure, as well as neck and facial massage. Clients are encouraged to come makeup-free.

Prenatal Massage, performed in the side-lying position with 3-4 supportive pillows, is similar to Swedish where technique is concerned and is great for promoting overall relaxation for you and your baby. Madison is our only certified Prenatal Massage Therapist who is seeing new clients.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a very gentle, rhythmic manual therapy thats movement is specific to the lymphatic pathways in our body, helpful in utilizing lymphatic flow, which can be effective for those with edema (swelling), general anxiety disorders, autoimmune diseases pre- and post-surgery and overall detoxification.

Must book a 90-minute session for a full-body treatment.

Craniosacral Therapy is a type of bodywork used to assess and unwind restrictions in the body that have been shown to be beneficial for mental, emotional and physical trauma, concussions, tension in the body and nervous system rebalance. This technique uses gentle pressure, about the weight of a nickel, to make gentle suggestions to allow the body to correct itself. Patients are fully clothed for the session.
